Summary:
Students identify an area of interest they can connect to (...science). Through student and teacher facilitated discussion, students explore their topic of interest, documenting their journey on a blog they have created and designed to reflect who they are, as a learner.
In class and through a range of media, students move between the learning roles of consumer, contributor, reflector, reviser, producer and editor their own work, as well as the work of others. They engage as questioners, critical thinkers and problem-solvers. As they work to discover more about their interest, students share insights gleaned from their experiences with strategies, resources and media.
